Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative, thoughtful design solutions.

Effectively communicate user experiences through various stages of the design process, utilizing tools such as wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.

Integrate user feedback and business needs into continuous product experience enhancements.

Translate complex AI model functionalities into user-friendly interaction patterns tailored for creators.

Execute design strategies for assigned workstreams, ensuring a consistent and scalable user experience, particularly for agentic systems.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.

Four years of dedicated experience in interaction design, product design, or UX design is essential.

Candidates must provide a portfolio, website, or relevant links showcasing their work within their resume.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, along with two years of experience in complex, cross-functional environments and one year of leading design projects. Experience with AI tools for automation and prototyping is also a plus.
