Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews and usability studies, to deeply understand user needs and behaviors.

Translate complex business and user requirements into intuitive user experiences and clear interaction designs.

Develop essential UX artifacts such as personas, journey maps, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.

Design responsive and accessible interfaces tailored for web, mobile, and enterprise platforms.

Utilize leading tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to create high-fidelity designs and prototypes.

Execute usability testing and actively incorporate feedback for iterative design improvements.

Foster strong collaboration with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and UI Designers throughout the product lifecycle.

Identify and propose solutions for usability challenges to enhance user experience and engagement.

Contribute to and maintain design systems, UX standards, reusable components, and established design patterns.

Ensure all designs adhere to branding guidelines, accessibility standards, and usability principles.

Provide support to development teams during the implementation phase, validating the quality of the final design.

Analyze user feedback and product usage data to drive continuous enhancements in UX.

Demonstrate strong proficiency in UX/UI design principles and user-centered design methodologies.

Possess hands-on experience with Figma and other contemporary prototyping tools.

Exhibit a solid understanding of user research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing techniques.

Have prior experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.

Show a good grasp of accessibility standards and responsive design principles.

Maintain strong knowledge of UX design patterns, design systems, and interaction design best practices.

Possess the ability to distill complex business requirements into simple, user-friendly experiences.

Showcase excellent communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.

Experience working within Agile/Scrum product development frameworks is essential.
