Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for complex digital products, from initial concept to final implementation review. Champion high standards for usability, visual appeal, consistency, and accessibility, guiding design critiques and ensuring alignment with user and business objectives. Design intuitive dashboards and analytics experiences that empower users to interpret data and drive action. Develop cohesive member journeys, personalized portals, and engagement features that foster trust and retention. Influence product roadmaps by leading discovery workshops, synthesizing research, and mapping user journeys. Create and evolve scalable design systems, including components, design tokens, and documentation. Evaluate and implement AI tools to streamline research, ideation, and prototyping, ensuring adherence to privacy and security protocols. Partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities and support efficient delivery. Advocate for user-centered and accessible design principles throughout the product lifecycle. Mentor designers through guidance and knowledge sharing to foster team growth. Utilize user testing and analytics to refine solutions and enhance user satisfaction.

A Bachelor's degree in design or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is required. Minimum of 8 years of professional UX/UI or product design experience, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing leadership on complex projects and measurable results. Demonstrated hands-on experience with AI-enabled design tools and automated workflows, coupled with sound judgment regarding output quality and data protection. Proficiency across core UX/UI disciplines including information architecture, user journeys, interaction design, visual design, responsive layouts, prototyping, and usability testing. Experience designing enterprise, SaaS, or complex web-based products, adeptly balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. Proven ability in designing complex data dashboards, analytics platforms, and member-focused digital experiences. Experience working within Agile or product-led environments alongside multidisciplinary teams and distributed stakeholders. Familiarity with building, maintaining, and driving adoption of design systems, including components and design tokens. Knowledge of accessibility principles (WCAG) and practical application in design and collaboration with engineering. Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including advanced prototyping, variables, shared libraries, design system architecture, and developer handoff. Expertise in data visualization, translating complex metrics into accessible and actionable insights. Demonstrated design leadership, including project ownership, guiding decisions, facilitating critiques, mentoring, and influencing stakeholders. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and build consensus.
