Oracle NetSuite seeks a skilled User Assistance Developer to create comprehensive documentation for business software development tools. You will leverage AI-assisted authoring tools and apply sound editorial judgment to ensure documentation is accurate, clear, and complete, adhering to product information and documentation standards.

Collaborate closely with Product Management, Development, QA, and Technical Writing teams to deliver documentation projects. Proactively research product changes to define the scope of edits. Develop new documentation based on use cases, user stories, feature requirements, and hands-on product usage.

Utilize AI-assisted writing tools for research, drafting, and editing. Validate AI-generated output against product sources, product behavior, and subject-matter expert input. Apply strong editorial judgment to correct inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and deviations from standards. Develop and refine prompts and workflows to enhance documentation quality and team efficiency.

Own the final content quality; AI output serves as a starting point requiring thorough writer review, product verification, and SME collaboration. Attend writing and scrum team meetings. Partner with Support, Training, and Professional Services to address customer documentation needs. Establish responsible, scalable AI-assisted authoring practices with cross-functional teams.

Possess a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years' experience as a user assistance developer or equivalent writing experience. Strong knowledge of technical communication techniques and standards is essential.

Demonstrate excellent English-language skills in proofreading, editing, writing, and verbal communication, with meticulous attention to detail. Exhibit strong time-management and prioritization abilities, adept at meeting tight deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.

Experience with report authoring tools and industry-standard financial/operational reports is beneficial. Strong critical-thinking and editorial review skills are required, including the ability to assess AI-assisted output for accuracy, completeness, bias, and consistency.

Ability to validate information using authoritative sources and exercise sound judgment regarding AI-assisted content. Familiarity with prompt design, content-review workflows, and quality assurance practices for AI-assisted documentation is advantageous. Eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving authoring tools and processes. Experience with or strong interest in writing developer documentation, including API documentation, is a plus.

Knowledge of XML authoring tools is preferred. This role requires reporting to our Hyderabad office three times a week.
