Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand organizational needs and devise strategic hiring plans. Lead discovery sessions to define precise hiring criteria and ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations. Leverage market intelligence and data-driven insights to influence hiring decisions effectively. Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders and provide consistent, transparent updates on recruitment progress. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial requisition intake through to successful onboarding. Source, screen, assess, and actively engage top-tier technology professionals. Oversee interview processes, manage offer negotiations, and ensure successful candidate closures. Juggle multiple complex requisitions while prioritizing quality, speed, and an excellent candidate experience. Spearhead recruitment efforts across key technology domains including Software Engineering, Data & Analytics, Cloud, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, and Product Engineering. Develop robust talent pipelines, particularly for niche and hard-to-fill skill sets. Conduct comprehensive talent mapping and deliver insights on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability. Ensure process accuracy, compliance with regulations, and consistently high-quality hiring outcomes. Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics like Time-to-Fill, Yield, and satisfaction scores. Proactively identify potential hiring risks, bottlenecks, and areas for process improvement. Deliver an unparalleled experience for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey. Possess a minimum of 5 years of direct experience in end-to-end US technology recruitment. Demonstrate a proven track record of conducting effective discovery calls and consultative hiring discussions. Proficient in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and various sourcing tools. Exhibit strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities. Solid expertise in all facets of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer discussions, and onboarding. Possess a thorough understanding of US talent markets, established hiring practices, and current technology hiring trends. Showcase excellent communication, influencing, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to operate independently and thrive in a dynamic, metric-driven environment.
