Join EY's Risk Management team as an Analyst, contributing to a better working world. This role focuses on compliance monitoring and acquisitions within the RM Enablement function. You'll leverage data analysis to ensure adherence to policies and identify potential regulatory breaches, playing a crucial part in managing the firm's internal risks.

This position offers the chance to develop deep subject matter expertise in due diligence for clients and suppliers during acquisition phases. You will be instrumental in data management, process adherence, and identifying nuances that impact compliance. The role also involves contributing to process enhancements and maintaining accurate documentation.

As an Analyst, your core responsibilities will include executing data-led compliance monitoring to detect policy deviations and regulatory breaches. This involves sourcing, aggregating, and analyzing data, performing standardized compliance checks, and reporting findings.

You will also manage data for acquisitions, track integration plan actions, and conduct research to pinpoint non-compliance. A key aspect is supporting leadership with reports using MS Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint, ensuring data accuracy through validation. You'll assist with various compliance monitoring processes, including Insider Trading, Modern Slavery, and Client/Engagement Acceptance.

To excel in this role, you should possess 3-5 years of experience in research, compliance processes, due diligence, or data review. Proficiency in monitoring compliance with policies using risk frameworks and managing stakeholder interactions is essential. Strong capabilities in data analysis and management, coupled with fluent spoken and written English, are required.

Essential skills include the ability to analyze scenarios against policy requirements, familiarity with MS Excel, Forms, and SharePoint, and robust logical reasoning. Experience with risk management tools or enabling risk assessments for acquisitions is advantageous. The role also values flexibility in ambiguous environments and a strong ability to work independently.
