Manage contract and supplier governance inquiries, coordinating contract requests from initiation to execution. Draft, review, and administer supplier contracts, ensuring full compliance with procurement and governance standards. Oversee contract execution, including approvals, digital workflows, and secure storage of executed agreements.

Maintain comprehensive contract repositories and lifecycle trackers. Support supplier onboarding, due diligence, and governance programs, including MSA renewals and performance reviews. Ensure adherence to risk and third-party governance frameworks, escalating critical issues as needed. Prepare insightful management reports and analytics on contract and supplier performance.

Drive process improvements and automation initiatives, contributing to the continuous enhancement of contract management practices. Coordinate audit reviews, remediation activities, and resolve invoice and payment-related issues. Familiarity with Ariba supply chain management is essential.

A graduate or post-graduate degree in Business Administration, Information, or Data Science, coupled with 6-8 years of experience in the professional services industry, is required. You should possess a strong understanding of data analytics best practices and experience in solution development, particularly with the Microsoft Power Platform.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills are vital for working effectively with cross-functional teams. Demonstrable expertise in leveraging advanced analytics platforms like Power BI, ThoughtSpot, or similar is crucial. The ability to design interactive dashboards and present data-driven insights clearly to stakeholders is a significant advantage.

Candidates must be self-motivated with a solution-oriented mindset, capable of working under pressure and demonstrating a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
