Key responsibilities include supporting Quarterly Independence Summary Memo (ISM) procedures, establishing robust account structures, reconciling systems for accuracy, and monitoring press for acquisitions and disposals. You will also assist with Public and Private Company Independence Procedures, address general Independence queries related to PE Accounts, and manage high levels of stakeholder engagement. Additional duties involve collating action points from leadership meetings, driving project execution, and contributing to other ad hoc projects.

To excel in this role, you should possess a graduate or post-graduate degree in Business Administration, Information, or Data Science, coupled with 3-6 years of experience in the professional services industry. Essential skills include advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, exceptional communication and collaboration abilities for effective cross-functional teamwork, strong analytical skills, and meticulous attention to detail. Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI or Alteryx for data integration and visualization is highly advantageous.
