Key activities involve preparing kick-off documents, team books, and credentials packs, while supporting proposal content development and coordination.
Further responsibilities include liaising with cross-functional teams to develop client collaterals like storyboards and presentations. You'll maintain strong stakeholder relationships through clear communication and professional etiquette, adhering to quality benchmarks and timelines. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, AI-enabled tools, and advanced online research techniques is crucial. While not mandatory, experience with SharePoint is desirable. The ability to build collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders is a key attribute. Candidates should hold a University/bachelor’s degree and ideally an MBA. A minimum of 5 years to a maximum of 8 years of experience is expected, with at least 3 years within a large global organization, preferably in professional services.
