Seeking a skilled UKG Technical Consultant with over 8 years of experience to join our Application Management Services (AMS) team. This role focuses on ensuring the availability, reliability, and performance of UKG Workforce Management technologies.

The consultant will manage the UKG technical landscape through transitions, stabilization, and ongoing operations, driving automation and service improvements. Responsibilities include diagnosing complex production issues and collaborating with various internal and external teams.

Key responsibilities involve participating in knowledge transfer, understanding the end-to-end UKG technical architecture, and reviewing integrations, APIs, batch jobs, and reports. The role requires providing L2/L3 technical support for UKG applications, troubleshooting various issues, and performing Root Cause Analysis for recurring incidents.

Additional duties include developing and implementing fixes, coordinating with UKG/vendor support, and supporting major incident resolution. The consultant will also analyze technical requirements, design solutions, and develop/modify integrations and reports while adhering to development and security standards.

Candidates must possess 8+ years of technical experience with UKG/Kronos Workforce Management components and enterprise integrations. A strong understanding of REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, XML, JSON, SQL, and file-based integrations is essential.

Proven experience in troubleshooting complex production and integration issues, supporting payroll-critical integrations, and providing L2/L3 production support are required. Familiarity with ITIL processes, strong analytical capabilities, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are also crucial for success in this role.
