NTT DATA seeks a skilled UKG Functional Consultant with over 8 years of experience to enhance enterprise Application Management Services (AMS). This role is pivotal in ensuring stable UKG Workforce Management solution operations, supporting business-critical HR and payroll functions, and driving continuous service improvement.

Join a dynamic team to manage the full lifecycle of application support, from transition and knowledge acquisition to steady-state operations and proactive enhancements. Your expertise will be crucial in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and optimize workforce management processes.

Provide L2/L3 functional support for UKG Workforce Management applications, analyzing and resolving incidents within SLAs.

Support critical business processes including timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, accruals, and payroll, investigating complex issues and performing root cause analysis.

Configure and maintain UKG modules, translate business requirements into functional solutions, and prepare functional specifications.

Conduct functional testing, support SIT and UAT, and validate production changes and releases.

Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for automation, process optimization, and enhanced self-service capabilities.

Requires a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience with UKG/Kronos Workforce Management.

Possess strong functional expertise in UKG business processes, including Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Accruals, and Payroll.

Proven experience in enterprise production support and AMS engagements, with a deep understanding of ITIL processes.

Demonstrate excellent analytical, root-cause analysis, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Must be willing to work from the office 5 days a week in Bengaluru, Noida, or Hyderabad, with flexibility for critical business activities outside regular hours.
