As a UKG Consultant/Manager, you will spearhead UKG Pro / Workforce Management (WFM) implementations, upgrades, and rollouts. Your role involves gathering business requirements, translating them into functional solutions, and meticulously designing, configuring, and testing UKG business processes. You will also manage data migration, validation, and reconciliation, as well as integrations with third-party systems like ERP, Benefits, and Payroll vendors. Providing production support, troubleshooting, and creating comprehensive documentation and user guides are also key aspects of this position.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with over 4 years of direct experience in UKG / Kronos implementations. A strong command of UKG Pro or UKG Workforce Management (WFM) is essential, alongside expertise in modules such as Payroll, Time & Attendance, Scheduling, or Absence. A solid understanding of HR and payroll business processes, coupled with proven experience in UKG configurations, rules, and workflows, is required. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are crucial for success in this role, which involves working on both implementation and support projects.
