Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality, data-driven insights and visualizations to support business decisions. You will contribute to digital transformation initiatives by using Microsoft 365, Copilot, and automation to boost operational efficiency. Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, you will align data and digital efforts with business priorities. Effectively communicating insights through reports, dashboards, and presentations is essential. You will also be responsible for designing and developing applications using PowerApps, integrating Power Platform solutions, and supporting user adoption through training and documentation. Developing Power BI dashboards and Alteryx-based ETL workflows will further strengthen data-driven reporting.

Success in this role requires proficiency in analytics platforms and visualization tools like Power BI. You should be skilled in developing interactive dashboards and reports, and adept at applying analytical and basic statistical techniques. Strong project management skills, presentation and facilitation abilities, and ownership are crucial. A good understanding of business acumen and adaptability to changing expectations is vital, as is the ability to learn quickly and identify process improvements. Attention to detail, multi-tasking capability, and excellent communication skills are a must. Experience working with business stakeholders and senior team members is required, along with advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Hands-on experience with Power BI, other BI tools, and Alteryx for data integration, preparation, and visualization is essential.
