As a Senior UI React Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing and developing scalable enterprise-level React applications, ensuring alignment with strategic business and engineering objectives. This includes defining robust API contracts, service boundaries, and integration strategies for complex distributed systems.

You will drive the implementation of reusable React component architecture and scalable frontend integration patterns, leveraging React Hooks and component-driven design. You'll take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of assigned modules, from design and development through testing and deployment readiness. Responsibilities also include conducting thorough code reviews to uphold coding standards, security guidelines, and engineering best practices, while leading Redux state management across enterprise applications and mentoring junior developers.

Additionally, you will focus on improving CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, and deployment automation to enhance operational efficiency. This role involves troubleshooting production issues and performance bottlenecks, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing sustainable fixes. You will also implement TanStack Query (React Query) strategies for optimized asynchronous data handling and caching, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

We are looking for a seasoned UI React Engineer with 5-8 years of experience. A strong command of React, CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript (ES6+) is essential, alongside expertise in React Hooks, React Maps, React Performance Optimization, Redux, TanStack Query (React Query), and Jest.
