As a Senior UI React Engineer, you will design and develop scalable enterprise-level React applications, aligning with strategic business and engineering objectives. You will define robust API contracts, service boundaries, and integration strategies for complex distributed systems. This role involves creating reusable React component architectures and scalable frontend integration strategies, driving the implementation of reusable React Hooks and component-driven architecture patterns. You will own the complete lifecycle of assigned modules, from design and development through testing support and deployment readiness. Conducting thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to standards, security, and best practices is crucial. Leading Redux state management, enhancing CI/CD pipelines, and troubleshooting production issues with root cause analysis are key responsibilities. You will also implement TanStack Query for optimized data handling and caching.

We are seeking a Senior UI React Engineer with 6-8 years of experience in designing and developing complex enterprise-grade React applications. Essential skills include expertise in React, CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript (ES6+), React Hooks, React Maps, React Performance Optimization, Redux, TanStack Query (React Query), and React Testing Library (RLT). The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical ownership, accountability, and a collaborative approach with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are required to address technical and production challenges. A proactive mindset for driving reusable frameworks, automation, and process improvements is valued.
