As a Senior UI React Engineer, you will design and develop scalable enterprise applications using React, aligning with business and engineering objectives. You will define API contracts and integration strategies for distributed systems.

Key responsibilities include architecting reusable React components and frontend integration strategies. You will also drive the implementation of reusable React Hooks and component-driven architecture patterns. The role involves owning the end-to-end delivery of modules, from design and development to testing and deployment.

You will conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices, and lead Redux state management implementation. Driving improvements in CI/CD pipelines, logging, and monitoring for enhanced operational efficiency is crucial. Additionally, you will troubleshoot production issues and performance bottlenecks, and implement optimized asynchronous data handling and caching using TanStack Query (React Query).

This role requires 5-8 years of experience in UI development, with a strong command of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript (ES6+). Expertise in React, React Hooks, React Maps, React Performance Optimization, Redux, and TanStack Query (React Query) is mandatory.

Proficiency in Jest for testing is also required. You should demonstrate strong technical ownership, accountability, and collaboration skills. The ability to mentor junior developers, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and adapt to evolving technologies is essential.
