Architect and spearhead enterprise React application ecosystems, establishing robust frontend engineering standards.

Drive key technical decisions for application modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native integration. Lead the development of scalable React architectures and frontend modernization initiatives.

Define and implement engineering standards, governance practices, reusable frameworks, and secure coding guidelines across all teams. Design reusable React component frameworks and scalable frontend application solutions.

Oversee the implementation of critical non-functional requirements, including scalability, observability, security, and disaster recovery. Lead architecture reviews and technical discussions to ensure future-ready application ecosystems.

Collaborate with leadership and enterprise architects to align engineering efforts with strategic organizational goals. Champion the adoption of DevOps, CI/CD automation, cloud-native engineering, and containerization practices. A minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React.

Proficiency in core web technologies: React, CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript (ES6+). Expertise in React Hooks, React Maps, and performance optimization techniques is essential.

Hands-on experience with state management libraries like Redux and data fetching libraries such as TanStack Query (React Query).

Familiarity with testing frameworks like React Testing Library (RLT) and Jest for ensuring code quality and reliability.
