Define application architecture, workflow design standards, and automation frameworks. Lead development of complex business process automation, workflow orchestration, and application modernization. Create reusable components and automation assets to enhance development efficiency. Implement RPA solutions using platforms like UiPath, potentially integrating with enterprise applications. Develop custom extensions using Java, C#, or Python for enhanced functionality.

Design efficient data access strategies, database models, and integration patterns. Establish platform development standards, governance, and best practices. Review configurations and automation solutions for quality. Design monitoring and logging practices for application reliability. Troubleshoot complex platform and integration issues. Mentor team members on platform capabilities and best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders for end-to-end solution delivery and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Demonstrate strong ownership in driving solution excellence and automation effectiveness. Collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders for smooth delivery.
