Design scalable solutions using Low Code/No Code platforms aligned with business objectives. Define application architecture, workflow standards, and automation frameworks. Lead development of complex business process automation, workflow orchestration, and application modernization.

Develop reusable components and automation assets. Drive RPA implementations using platforms like UiPath, Blue Prism, and others. Define integration strategies between Low Code platforms and enterprise applications. Design custom extensions using Java, C#, or Python when needed.

Establish platform development standards, governance controls, and best practices. Review application configurations and solutions for quality. Design monitoring and logging practices for application reliability. Troubleshoot complex platform, automation, and integration issues. Mentor team members and collaborate with stakeholders for end-to-end solution delivery.

Proven experience with UI Path is mandatory. Expertise in designing and implementing solutions using Low Code/No Code platforms is essential. Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate is required.

Proficiency in Java, C#, or Python for custom extensions is a plus. Strong understanding of application architecture, workflow design, and automation frameworks. Experience defining integration approaches and data access strategies for scalable applications.
