Lead the design of scalable business solutions using Low Code/No Code platforms, aligning with digital transformation objectives. Define application architecture, workflow standards, and automation frameworks. Drive complex automation initiatives, application modernization, and the development of reusable components. Implement RPA solutions using platforms like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere, and design integrations with enterprise applications. Enhance platform capabilities with custom extensions in Java, C#, or Python. Establish development standards, governance, and best practices for solution design. Review configurations and designs for quality and maintainability, and implement monitoring and logging practices. Troubleshoot complex issues through root cause analysis and mentor team members on best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders for end-to-end solution delivery and drive continuous improvement.

Possess expertise in UI Path and proficiency with Low Code/No Code platforms for business process automation. Strong understanding of workflow design, automation frameworks, and experience with RPA tools. Ability to design integrations between Low Code platforms and enterprise applications. Experience in designing custom extensions using Java, C#, or Python. Familiarity with data access strategies, database models, and integration patterns for scalable applications. Experience in establishing platform development standards and governance is essential. Proven ability to review and ensure the quality of automation solutions. Experience in designing monitoring and logging practices. Capability to troubleshoot complex platform and integration issues.
