As a UI Angular Lead, you will define and champion architecture for enterprise Angular application ecosystems, setting frontend engineering standards. You'll make strategic technical decisions regarding application modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native adoption. Key responsibilities include driving UI consistency and scalability across products, establishing governance practices, reusable frameworks, and secure development guidelines.

You will lead modernization initiatives, ensure the implementation of non-functional requirements like scalability and security, and conduct architecture reviews. Collaboration with leadership and enterprise architects is essential to align engineering efforts with organizational strategy. Driving adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native practices is also a core part of this role, alongside proactive risk identification and mitigation.

We are looking for a candidate with 8-10 years of experience in UI development, with mandatory expertise in Angular Components, Design Patterns, Reactive Forms, Standalone Components, CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, NgRx, RxJS, TypeScript, Jasmine, and Angular 8+.

Strong technical leadership, the ability to drive architecture and solution design for scalable and secure frontend applications, and a balance between delivery accountability and technical excellence are crucial. You should be adept at building and mentoring high-performing engineering teams, fostering innovation, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are also required.
