Architect comprehensive ServiceNow solutions across diverse modules, ensuring scalability and security. Lead the design and implementation of AI-augmented workflows using Now Assist and GenAI Controller. Manage large-scale transformation programs, proactively addressing risks and escalations. Provide strategic consulting to client executives and internal stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable roadmaps.

Coach and develop a high-performing team of ServiceNow professionals. Foster innovation by exploring new AI capabilities and driving adoption strategies. Ensure adherence to EY's global standards for delivery, security, and responsible AI practices.

Requires 8-14 years of IT experience, with at least 6 years dedicated to the ServiceNow platform. Demonstrable expertise in ServiceNow architecture, data modeling, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) is essential.

A strong understanding of ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist, GenAI Controller, AI Search, and Predictive Intelligence, is mandatory. Proven experience leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow or AI-driven transformations is key. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and CIS certifications are required; Certified Architect or advanced AI certifications are preferred.
