We are seeking a seasoned Senior ServiceNow Developer with extensive experience in ITSM, CSM, custom application development, integrations, and platform engineering. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of ServiceNow's AI capabilities, including Now Assist (GenAI), Predictive Intelligence, Automation Engine, AI Search, and Virtual Agent.

Key responsibilities include implementing and configuring ServiceNow Now Assist (GenAI), developing AI-driven workflows using Automation Engine and Predictive Intelligence, and integrating external AI/ML services. You will also support AI governance and model quality processes, develop modules, workflows, catalog items, and custom applications, and build UI components, Service Portal, and Widgets.

Further duties involve demonstrating strong expertise in ITSM, CSM, and CMDB. You will implement REST/SOAP APIs, orchestrations, and integrations. Troubleshooting and resolving platform issues, along with supporting upgrades and ensuring environment consistency, are also core aspects of this role.

Essential technical skills include strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Scripting, UI Policies/Actions, and expertise in Flow Designer & Workflow. Candidates must have hands-on experience with Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, and Automation Engine. Experience with REST/SOAP integration testing using Postman/SOAP UI is also required.

Mandatory certifications include ServiceNow CSA, with CAD and micro-certifications in AI, Integration, or Flow Designer being preferred. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, coupled with analytical and problem-solving abilities, are crucial. The ability to thrive in agile team environments is also highly valued.
