Additional duties involve developing modules, workflows, catalog items, and custom applications, along with building UI components and Service Portals. Strong expertise in ITSM, CSM, and CMDB is essential. You will also implement REST/SOAP APIs and integrations, troubleshoot platform issues, and support environment upgrades.

To excel in this role, you must possess strong JavaScript, Glide API, and scripting skills, along with expertise in UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer, and Workflow. A deep understanding of ServiceNow AI capabilities such as Now Assist (GenAI), Predictive Intelligence, and Automation Engine is crucial.

Required technical skills also include experience with REST/SOAP integrations and testing using tools like Postman or SOAP UI. A mandatory ServiceNow CSA certification is required, with a CAD certification being preferred. Familiarity with AI, Integration, and Flow Designer micro-certifications is a plus. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
