As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will be a key player in an agile team, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing new application modules, workflows, and catalog requests within the ServiceNow platform. Your expertise will be crucial in building custom applications, including defining data tables, user interfaces, and implementing business logic. You will also manage integrations with third-party applications using scripted REST APIs and SOAP, and ensure timely implementation of ServiceNow version upgrades. A significant part of your role will involve customizing ServiceNow applications, facilitating the rollout of new modules, and configuring application UI and workflows. You'll collaborate with other administrators, identify and recommend solutions for system deficiencies, and troubleshoot production issues related to custom applications. Ensuring system integration, compatibility, and the reliability of development/production environments is also paramount.

We are looking for a candidate with 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development. A strong understanding of the ServiceNow Development Platform, including ITSM, Contract Management, Resource Management, ITFM, CMDB, Asset Management, and Change Management, is essential. Experience with custom development, integration with third-party applications using scripted REST API and SOAP, and working on ServiceNow version upgrades is required. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and AngularJS for developing application functionalities and UI design within ServiceNow is also a must. Experience with ServiceNow Widgets, Client-side scripting, Server-side scripting, and ITSM modules is necessary. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are highly valued. A Bachelor's degree is required, and suggested technical certifications such as ServiceNow Admin Certification, Micro Certifications, Implementation Specialist, or Application Developer certifications are advantageous. Minimum 3-5 years of coding, testing, and implementing ServiceNow as a technical resource is also a prerequisite.
