Develop, design, and implement new application modules, workflows, and catalog requests within an agile team environment. Build custom applications in ServiceNow, defining data tables, user interfaces, and business logic.

Key responsibilities include working with ITSM, custom applications, integrations, Service Portal, and CSM modules. Ensure seamless integration with third-party applications using scripted REST APIs and SOAP. Manage ServiceNow version upgrades and customize applications for new module rollouts.

Collaborate with administrators to develop solutions and manage configuration requests. Identify system deficiencies, troubleshoot production issues, and address system integration challenges. Maintain and continuously improve processes, standards, and tools, ensuring reliable development and production environments.

A minimum of 4 to 7 years of relevant experience as a ServiceNow Developer is required. Proven experience with ITSM, custom application development, integrations, Service Portal, and CSM is essential.

Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow development, including Contract Management, Resource Management, ITFM CMDB, Asset Management, and Change Management. Must have hands-on experience with ServiceNow version upgrades and developing application functionalities using HTML, CSS, and Angular JS.

Proficiency in designing and developing UI within ServiceNow, including widgets, client-side scripting, server-side scripting, and ITSM modules. Strong communication skills are vital for effective collaboration. Experience with enterprise integration architecture and application development is expected.
