EY is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect/Engineering Manager with a focus on AI to join our TTT ServiceNow & CT Teams in Bengaluru, India. This is a Manager-level role requiring 8-14 years of IT experience, with at least 6 years dedicated to the ServiceNow platform. You will lead the architecture, design, and delivery of advanced, enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions that leverage AI capabilities for global clients. This position blends deep platform expertise with consulting leadership and people management, acting as a trusted advisor to drive transformation aligned with EY's methodologies and client business outcomes.

Key responsibilities include architecting end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across various modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, custom apps), defining secure and scalable architectures, and leading complex integrations. You will establish best practices for data models, automation, and performance, while governing technical designs and AI feature implementation. A significant focus will be on leading AI-augmented solution architectures using NowAssist and GenAI Controller, designing AI-driven use cases, and architecting context-aware GenAI workflows with strong data privacy and security controls. You will also lead large-scale ServiceNow transformation programs, manage risks, ensure compliance, and serve as a trusted advisor to client executives. Additionally, you will mentor and develop teams, build AI and ServiceNow competencies, and contribute to practice growth through innovation and governance.

We require 8-14 years of overall IT experience, with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on ServiceNow platform expertise. Essential skills include strong proficiency in ServiceNow architecture, data models, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide API). A deep understanding of ServiceNow AI architecture, including Now Assist, GenAI Controller, AI Search, and Predictive Intelligence, is crucial. Practical experience in enabling GenAI-driven workflows, Agent Assist, and Virtual Agent capabilities is mandatory. Experience leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow or AI-enabled transformations is expected. Candidates must hold ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and CIS certifications. Preferred qualifications include ServiceNow Certified Architect or advanced AI-focused certifications, experience in Big 4 or similar consulting environments, and exposure to AI governance and data privacy controls.
