As an SAP FICO Assistant/Associate Manager, you will lead requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into detailed specifications and user stories. You'll create functional design documents, manage scope changes, and build functional solutions using iterative approaches. This includes developing business process models for current and future states.

Key responsibilities involve leading SAP FICO solution architecture and configuration in S/4HANA, designing and integrating core financial modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO), and leveraging S/4HANA innovations. You'll also act as a bridge between client business and technical teams, providing solution discovery support and participating in reviews. Project execution includes working within an agile framework, managing project lifecycles, and identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.

We are seeking candidates with 4 to 12 years of post-qualification experience as a CA/CMA, including a minimum of 2 to 4 full-cycle implementation experiences in financial transformation projects. A strong functional understanding and work experience in SAP FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, CO-OM, and CO-PA are essential.

Experience with SAP Fiori apps and real-time reporting is expected. The role demands excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. SAP FICO certification is preferred.

Functional and technical skillsets should encompass tax domain knowledge (Corporate Tax, Tax Provision, Indirect Tax, etc.), financial planning and analysis modelling, and knowledge of CO-PA & Product Costing. Experience with Business Intelligence tools is a plus. Soft skills including problem-solving, analytical thinking, decision-making, effective communication, and adaptability are highly valued.
