Lead requirement workshops and design functional specifications for SAP FICO solutions within S/4HANA, focusing on core financial modules like GL, AP, AR, AA, and CO. Drive system implementation, integrating innovations like Universal Journal and embedded analytics. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, working iteratively with client and offshore teams.

Key activities include creating detailed business requirements and user stories, developing functional design documentation, and managing scope changes. You will also create and document business process models, conduct sprint reviews, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities extend to developing test cases, performing functional testing, and providing end-user training and support during system cutover.

We are seeking a CA/CMA with 4-8 years of post-qualification experience, including 2-4 full cycle financial transformation project implementations, preferably in tax or accounting. A strong command of SAP FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, CO-OM, and CO-PA is essential.

Candidates should possess excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Experience with SAP Fiori apps and real-time reporting is advantageous. Additional preference will be given to those with tax domain knowledge in indirect tax, withholding tax, international tax, and transfer pricing, as well as financial planning and analysis modelling. Familiarity with CO-PA & Product Costing and Business Intelligence tools is a plus.
