As a key member of our team, you will develop, configure, test, implement, and enhance SAP Profitability and Performance Management solutions. You'll be responsible for delivering agreed-upon requirements and identifying issues, proposing effective solutions.

Your role will involve translating functional needs into detailed technical specifications, defining, and developing robust SAP solutions. You will leverage your understanding of SAP architecture, processes, and data structures to achieve project objectives. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for managing stakeholders and clients within a cross-functional project environment, driving towards successful IT solutions.

We are seeking candidates with a strong background in SAP Profitability and Performance Management, ideally with prior implementation experience. A solid understanding of related SAP modules such as SAP BW, SAP HANA, SAP BPC, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP FICO, SAP PCM, or SAP BO is highly advantageous.

Candidates should possess a good grasp of cost and revenue allocation process design and implementation, along with practical experience in SAP ABAP and SQL. The ability to articulate functional requirements into technical specifications and a broad knowledge of SAP architecture, processes, and data structures are crucial.

Excellent English communication skills and demonstrated leadership qualities are expected. You must be capable of thriving in a cross-functional project environment, effectively managing diverse stakeholders and clients to steer projects to completion. Flexibility to work collaboratively in cross-cultural teams across multiple locations and time zones is essential. This role requires 4 to 10+ years of relevant experience.
