We are seeking a Senior Application Developer with expertise in .NET and C# for building Agentic AI applications. This role within the TTT team offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of innovation in the Tax Service Line, playing a pivotal role in the firm's Agentic AI transformation.

As a Senior Application Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying AI agents, plugins, and APIs. Your work will ensure seamless integration with various systems, aligning with our strategic product development. You will manage technical project lifecycles, including effort estimation, work breakdown, risk assessment, and solutioning, while adhering to agile methodologies and key performance indicators. Effective communication with team members and stakeholders is crucial for managing expectations and collaborative problem-solving. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our development and engineering standards, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.

Essential qualifications include strong full-stack application development skills in .NET C#, REST APIs, and modern UI frameworks like React or TypeScript. A deep understanding of Azure services (App Services, Functions, Entra ID, Foundry Services) and containerization technologies (Docker, Azure Container Apps, AKS) is required. Experience with NoSQL databases such as Cosmos DB or MongoDB, alongside proficiency in source control systems like Git or TFVC, is also a must. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) for both code and infrastructure is necessary. We also require hands-on experience with AI coding platforms (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude) and developing Generative AI applications using Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Agent Framework, Semantic Kernel, MCP, and Vector databases. A solid grasp of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques, classical AI/ML fundamentals, and advanced prompt engineering is expected.
