Design, develop, and deploy sophisticated AI agents, plugins, and interfaces, alongside robust APIs that seamlessly integrate with diverse systems and align with overarching product and platform development strategies.

Provide accurate technical effort estimations, manage project timelines, and proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery within defined methodologies and KPIs.

Maintain clear and consistent communication channels with team members and stakeholders, effectively managing expectations and fostering collaborative problem-solving.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of development and engineering methodologies and standards, anticipating challenges and leading the resolution of complex issues.

To excel in this role, you should possess extensive experience in full-stack application development using .NET C#, REST APIs, and modern UI frameworks like React or other TypeScript-based solutions, coupled with proficiency in SQL databases.

A strong understanding of Azure services, including App Services, Functions, Entra ID, and Foundry Services, is essential. Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, Azure Container Apps, and Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS) is also required.

Familiarity with No-SQL databases like Cosmos DB or MongoDB, source control systems (Git, TFVC), and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for both code and infrastructure is expected.

Demonstrated experience with AI coding platforms like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude, and generative AI development using Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Agent Framework, Semantic Kernel, MCP, and vector databases (Azure AI Search, Postgres) is a must.

Possess a solid grasp of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques, and fundamental classical AI/ML concepts, alongside advanced prompt engineering skills.

While not mandatory, working knowledge of AI agents, agentic workflows, multi-agent frameworks, Graph Databases (Neo4j), and experience with M365 Copilot Studio, along with relevant Azure AI certifications, would be advantageous.
