You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing innovative technology solutions that enhance client services and support our Tax practice. As a member of the Solution Delivery pillar, your primary focus will be on building and testing cutting-edge solutions designed to empower our client-serving Tax professionals. You'll leverage your deep technical expertise to drive the development of robust and scalable applications.

Take ownership of the technical design and development of solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Accurately estimate technical effort, define work breakdown structures, identify risks, and propose effective solutions. Monitor project adherence to methodologies, tools, and key performance indicators. Effectively manage stakeholder relationships and maintain clear, consistent communication across teams. Contribute to the refinement of application development methodologies, standards, and leading practices.

Anticipate and resolve potential issues by identifying root causes and collaborating on effective solutions. Proactively identify challenges, present viable solutions and options, and lead their successful implementation. Work with limited direction, providing supervision and guidance to team members.

We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack .Net Developer with a strong foundation in .NET and .NET Core. Proficiency in MVC, Single Page Applications, Design Patterns, TypeScript (Angular or Vue), Web API, and Entity Framework/ADO.NET is essential. You should possess robust SQL command skills, experience with stored procedures, and a solid understanding of database performance tuning.

Exposure to third-party controls like Telerik or Kendo UI is advantageous. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as GIT/TFVC is required. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, microservices, and the Azure Cloud platform is highly desirable. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience, is mandatory. A Master's degree is preferred. The role requires 4-8 years of relevant professional experience.
