Key responsibilities include spearheading the technical design and development of solutions according to established best practices. You will be instrumental in estimating technical efforts, creating work breakdown structures, identifying risks, and proposing viable solutions. Monitoring adherence to methodologies, tools, and KPIs is crucial, alongside effective stakeholder management and clear communication across teams.

Provide valuable input into application development methodologies and standards. Anticipate and resolve technical challenges by identifying root causes and collaborating on effective solutions. A proactive approach to identifying issues, presenting options, and leading resolutions is highly valued.

Essential qualifications include 4-8 years of relevant experience in Full Stack .NET Development, with a strong command of .NET, .NET Core, MVC, Single Page Applications, Design Patterns, TypeScript (Angular or Vue), Web API, and Entity Framework/ADO.NET. Proficiency in SQL commands, stored procedures, and database performance tuning is expected.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies, version control systems like Git/TFVC, and exposure to CI/CD, microservices, and the Azure cloud platform are important. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience, is required, with a Master's degree being preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are key to success in this role.
