EY's GDS Tax Technology team is seeking a Senior Full Stack .Net Developer to join our TTT team. This role is pivotal in developing, implementing, and integrating innovative technology solutions that enhance client service and support engagement teams. You will leverage deep tax technical knowledge alongside strong database and programming skills to maintain and advance our solutions.

As part of the Solution Delivery pillar, your primary focus will be on developing and testing solutions designed to support the GDS Tax Practice. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a pioneering firm and significantly influence the expansion of a new service offering.

As a Senior Full Stack .Net Developer, you will be responsible for the technical design and development of solutions according to established standards. This includes estimating technical effort, defining work breakdown structures, identifying risks, and proposing solutions at a project level. You will ensure adherence to methodologies, tools, and KPIs, while effectively managing stakeholders and maintaining consistent communication across teams.

Your role will involve providing input to application development methodologies and best practices. You will proactively anticipate and resolve problems by identifying causes, collaborating on solutions, and implementing the most effective approach. A proactive stance in identifying issues, presenting viable solutions, and leading their resolution is essential.

To excel in this role, you should possess strong expertise in Full Stack Web Development, specifically with .NET and .NET Core. Familiarity with MVC, Single Page Applications, Design Patterns, TypeScript (Angular or Vue), Web API, and Entity Framework/ADO.NET is crucial. Proficiency in SQL commands, stored procedures, and database performance tuning is required.

Experience with third-party controls like Telerik or Kendo UI, Agile development methodologies, and version control using GIT/TFVC is expected. Exposure to CI/CD, microservices, and the Azure cloud platform is a significant advantage. You should demonstrate strong technical design and development skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and excellent communication abilities. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience, is required. A Master's degree is preferred, along with 4-8 years of relevant experience.
