We are seeking a Senior Agentic AI – Application Developer with .NET expertise to join the TTT team within the Tax Service Line. This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of a pioneering firm, playing a key role in the growth of Agentic AI transformations.

Design, develop, and implement advanced AI agents, plugins, and interfaces, ensuring seamless integration with diverse systems in alignment with strategic product development.

Accurately estimate and manage technical project efforts, including detailed work breakdown structures, risk assessment, and solution design, while adhering to established development methodologies and key performance indicators.

Foster clear and effective communication within the team and with stakeholders, proactively manage expectations, and collaborate diligently on resolving challenges.

Actively contribute to the enhancement of development and engineering standards and methodologies, anticipating potential issues and leading their resolution.

A solid foundation in full-stack application development using .NET and C#, robust REST API development, and proficiency with React or other TypeScript-based UI frameworks, alongside experience with SQL databases.

Deep understanding of Azure services including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Entra ID, and Azure Foundry Services. Expertise in containerization technologies like Docker, Azure Container Apps, and Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS).

Experience with No-SQL databases such as Cosmos DB or MongoDB, and working knowledge of source control systems like Git or TFVC.

Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for both code and infrastructure deployment. Familiarity with AI coding platforms like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude.

Demonstrated experience in Generative AI application development utilizing Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Agent Framework/Semantic Kernel, MCP, and vector databases. Comprehension of Large Language Models (LLMs) and fundamental understanding of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques, along with classical AI/ML principles.
