Design and implement advanced AI agents, plugins, and APIs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems according to the product strategy. Estimate and manage technical project efforts, including work breakdown, risk assessment, and solution development, while adhering to best practices and KPIs.

Maintain clear and proactive communication with team members and stakeholders, managing expectations and fostering collaborative problem-solving. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development methodologies and engineering standards, identifying and resolving potential issues.

We are seeking seasoned professionals with 5 to 10 years of experience in full-stack application development using .NET and C#. A strong foundation in RESTful APIs, React or other TypeScript-based UI frameworks, and SQL databases is essential.

Proficiency in Azure services, containerization technologies like Docker and AKS, and experience with NoSQL databases are required. Familiarity with source control systems (Git, TFVC), CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions), and AI coding platforms is also a must. Experience in Generative AI development using Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Agent Framework, and Vector databases is crucial. A fundamental understanding of LLMs, RAG techniques, and prompt engineering is expected.
