Design, develop, and deploy AI agents, plugins, and interfaces, ensuring seamless integration with various systems according to core product and platform development strategies.

Maintain clear and proactive communication with team members and stakeholders, managing expectations effectively and fostering collaborative problem-solving.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of development and engineering methodologies and standards, identifying potential issues and leading their resolution.

We seek individuals skilled in full-stack application development using .NET and C#, with expertise in REST APIs, React or other TypeScript-based UI frameworks, and SQL databases.

A strong working knowledge of Azure services such as App Services, Functions, and Foundry Services is essential. Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker, Azure Container Apps, and Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS) is required.

Proficiency with source control systems (git, TFVC), CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions), and AI coding platforms (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude) is necessary. Experience with Generative AI development using Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Agent Framework/Semantic Kernel, MCP, and vector databases (Azure AI Search, Postgres) is a key requirement.

Fundamental understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques, classical AI/ML, and advanced prompt engineering is expected. Awareness of AI Agent frameworks and SDKs, graph databases (Neo4j), and M365 Copilot Studio are considered advantageous. Relevant Microsoft Azure AI certifications are a plus.
