We are seeking an Agentic AI – Application Developer (Staff) with expertise in full-stack .NET and C# development to enhance our Tax Service Line. Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying AI agents, plugins, and APIs, ensuring seamless integration with our core platform. You will maintain clear communication with team members and stakeholders, proactively manage expectations, and collaborate on effective problem-solving.

Additionally, you will contribute to refining development methodologies and engineering standards. This involves anticipating potential challenges and leading the charge in resolving them, ensuring high-quality and efficient delivery of AI applications.

Essential qualifications include strong proficiency in full-stack application development using .NET, C#, REST APIs, and TypeScript-based UI frameworks like React, alongside experience with SQL databases.

A solid understanding of Azure services (e.g., App Services, Functions, Foundry Services) and containerization technologies (Docker, Azure Container Apps, AKS) is required. Familiarity with source control (Git, TFVC), CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions), and AI coding platforms (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude) is crucial.

Candidates must possess practical experience in Generative AI development using Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Agent Framework/Semantic Kernel, MCP, and Vector databases such as Azure AI Search or Postgres. A foundational understanding of LLMs, RAG techniques, classical AI/ML, and advanced prompt engineering is also a must. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, BE, or B.TECH, coupled with 3-5 years of relevant experience, is necessary.
