Design, develop, and implement AI agents, plugins, interfaces, and APIs, ensuring seamless integration with various systems and alignment with the core product/platform development strategy.

Maintain clear and effective communication channels within the team and with stakeholders, proactively manage expectations, and foster collaborative problem-solving.

Contribute to the continuous refinement of development and engineering methodologies and standards, anticipating potential challenges and leading their resolution.

Candidates should possess expertise in full-stack application development using .NET and C#, with proficiency in REST APIs, React or other TypeScript-based UI frameworks, and SQL databases.

A solid understanding of Azure services, including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure Foundry Services, is required. Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker, Azure Container Apps, and Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS) is essential.

Proven experience with source control systems such as Git or TFVC, and CI/CD pipelines through Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions is necessary. Working experience with AI coding platforms like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude, and Generative AI application development using Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Agent Framework/Semantic Kernel, MCP, and vector databases is also a must.

Fundamental knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques, classical AI/ML, and advanced prompt engineering skills are required.

Additionally, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, BE, or B.TECH, coupled with 3-5 years of overall experience, is necessary for this role.
