In this senior role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying AI agents, plugins, and APIs, ensuring seamless integration with core product strategies. You'll be responsible for estimating and managing technical projects, including work breakdown structures and risk mitigation. Effective communication with team members and stakeholders is crucial, as is contributing to the continuous refinement of development methodologies and standards. Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to ensure project success.

We are seeking a Senior Application Developer with extensive experience in full-stack .NET and C# development, including proficiency in REST APIs and modern UI frameworks like React. A strong understanding of SQL databases and advanced knowledge of Azure services, containerization technologies (Docker, AKS), and No-SQL databases (Cosmos, MongoDB) are essential. Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions), and AI coding platforms like GitHub Copilot is required. Familiarity with Generative AI development, LLMs, RAG techniques, and prompt engineering is fundamental. Nice-to-have skills include knowledge of AI agents, graph databases, and M365 Copilot Studio.
