As a key member of our core Tax practice, you'll cultivate deep technical expertise and strong application development skills specifically within the Generative AI domain.

Provide essential technical oversight for the ongoing development of our Generative AI framework and domain-specific AI implementations. Ensure all AI-powered solutions meet stringent standards for scalability, security, performance, and reliability. Establish industry-leading best practices for prompt engineering, LLM cost optimization, and effective caching strategies. Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI-enabled applications, APIs, AI agents, and user interfaces using the .NET ecosystem. Facilitate seamless integration with enterprise GenAI platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and GitHub Models. Accurately estimate technical efforts and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.

This role requires a strong foundation in .NET application development, with a minimum of 6 to 8 years of relevant experience, alongside a deep understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) technologies. You should possess hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks and orchestration, and be proficient with tools like ClosedXML, Roslyn, and System.Text.Json. Significant experience with Azure cloud services is essential. Familiarity with vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) is advantageous, as is experience with Azure AI Search and M365 Copilot Studio. Azure AI certifications are a plus.
