Design, develop, and implement sophisticated AI agents, plugins, interfaces, and APIs. Ensure seamless integration with various systems, aligning with the overall product and platform development strategy.

Effectively estimate and manage technical efforts, including detailed work breakdown structures, risk assessment, and solution implementation. Adhere to established development methodologies and key performance indicators.

Maintain clear and consistent communication with your team and stakeholders. Proactively manage expectations and foster collaborative problem-solving.

This role requires extensive experience in full-stack application development using .NET and C#, coupled with expertise in REST APIs and modern UI frameworks like React or other TypeScript-based solutions. Proficiency with SQL databases is essential.

Solid understanding of Azure services is critical, including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Entra ID, and Azure Foundry Services. Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, Azure Container Apps, and Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS) is also required.

Familiarity with NoSQL databases like Cosmos DB or MongoDB, and version control systems like Git or TFVC, is necessary. Experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for both code and infrastructure is a key requirement.

Candidates must possess working experience with AI coding platforms like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude. Expertise in generative AI application development using Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Agent Framework/Semantic Kernel, MCP, and vector databases such as Azure AI Search or Postgres is crucial.

A fundamental understanding of various Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques, and classical AI/ML principles is expected. Advanced prompt engineering skills are also a must-have.

While not mandatory, working knowledge of AI agents, agentic workflows, multi-agent frameworks, and SDKs is beneficial. Experience with graph databases like Neo4j, and Microsoft Azure AI-900/AI-102 certifications are considered a plus.

Excellent learning ability, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work both independently and collaboratively are essential behavioural attributes. Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail are also highly valued.
