Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, MBA, or MCA.

Demonstrate 4-10 years of comprehensive experience in SAP Fiori project implementations.

Skilled in Scrum methodologies and project management practices.

Exhibit a strong understanding of various technology tools and platforms.

Experience with SAP S/4 Hana implementation, migration, and associated methodologies.

Possess deep knowledge of current IT trends and the application of digital transformation to solve business challenges.

Equipped with team leadership, analytical, and presentation skills, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.

Capable of supporting architecture and design decisions, and guiding teams in preparing and presenting weekly stakeholder reports.

Proficient in identifying and managing risks and issues, ensuring leadership is consistently informed.

Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, aligning with professional attributes.

Familiarity with BTP technologies like SAP Build, CAP, and Gen AI is advantageous.
