We are seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineering Consultant to join our team in Bengaluru. This role focuses on building and maintaining robust, scalable cloud infrastructure, primarily using Kubernetes. You will be instrumental in architecting and implementing CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient deployment and monitoring of microservices. Key responsibilities include leading the design and implementation of Kubernetes-based infrastructure, architecting and managing CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments, and defining best practices for containerization and infrastructure as code. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build resilient cloud-native solutions, enhance observability through tools like Prometheus and DataDog, and manage Helm charts and Kubernetes manifests for multi-environment deployments. Additionally, you will mentor DevOps engineers and troubleshoot complex cloud and containerized environment issues, staying abreast of the latest industry trends.

We require a minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering, with at least 4 years of hands-on Kubernetes experience in production. Deep knowledge of Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes components is essential, alongside strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Ansible. Expertise in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI is expected. Proficiency in scripting languages like Python and Bash, experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and familiarity with service mesh concepts are also necessary. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are vital.
