Join our team as a Site Reliability Engineering Consultant, focusing on Hybrid Cloud Engineering in Bengaluru. This role is integral to designing, implementing, and maintaining robust, scalable cloud infrastructure. You will be instrumental in ensuring the high availability, performance, and security of our cloud-native solutions.

Lead the architecture and implementation of scalable Kubernetes-based infrastructures. Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and monitoring of microservices. Establish and uphold best practices for containerization, infrastructure as code, and Kubernetes operations.

Foster collaboration with development, security, and operations teams to create resilient, secure cloud-native solutions. Enhance system observability through robust logging, metrics, and alerting systems using tools like Prometheus or DataDog. Mentor and manage DevOps engineers, guiding their technical development and ensuring consistent project delivery.

A minimum of 5 years in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering is required, with at least 4 years of direct Kubernetes experience in production environments (EKS, GKE, AKS, or self-managed). Deep expertise in Docker, Helm, and core Kubernetes components is essential. Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible, and CI/CD platforms like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI is necessary.

Strong scripting abilities in Python, Bash, or Powershell are crucial, alongside experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Familiarity with service meshes like Istio or Linkerd and Kubernetes security best practices is expected. Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills are vital for success in this role.
