As a key member of the TTT team, you will leverage your expertise in full-stack development to build cutting-edge Agentic AI solutions. Design and implement robust AI agents, plugins, and APIs, ensuring seamless integration with diverse systems to support the overarching platform development strategy.

Accurately estimate technical efforts, manage work breakdown structures, identify and mitigate risks, and implement effective solutions in adherence to development methodologies and key performance indicators.

Foster clear and consistent communication within the development team and with all stakeholders, proactively managing expectations and collaborating to resolve challenges.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of development and engineering methodologies and standards, anticipating potential issues and leading their resolution.

Essential skills include proficiency in full-stack application development using .NET C#, REST APIs, and modern UI frameworks like React or other TypeScript-based solutions, alongside experience with SQL databases.

Advanced knowledge of Azure services such as App Services, Functions, Entra ID, and Foundry Services is required. Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker, Azure Container Apps, and AKS is also crucial.

Experience with NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB, MongoDB), source control systems (Git, TFVC), and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) is mandatory.

You should also possess working experience with AI coding platforms (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude) and generative AI application development, including Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Agent Framework/Semantic Kernel, MCP, and vector databases (Azure AI Search, Postgres).

A fundamental understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques, classical AI/ML, and advanced prompt engineering is necessary.

Additionally, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, BE, or B.TECH, coupled with 5-10 years of overall experience, is required.
