As a Senior Developer within the Solution Delivery pillar, you will be responsible for the technical design and development of solutions. Key duties include estimating technical effort, creating work breakdown structures, identifying risks, and proposing solutions at a solution level. You will ensure adherence to methodologies, tools, and KPIs, manage stakeholders effectively, and maintain clear communication across teams. Additionally, you will contribute to application development methodologies and best practices, proactively identify issues, and lead the implementation of optimal solutions.

We seek a seasoned professional with 4-8 years of relevant experience in Full Stack .NET Development. Essential skills include proficiency with .NET Framework/.NET Core/.NET 8+, ASP.NET MVC, REST APIs, Design Patterns, TypeScript, Angular/Vue, Entity Framework, and ADO.NET. A strong command of SQL Server, Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, DevOps practices, and Microservices architecture is required. Mandatory expertise in Azure Cloud services, Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, semantic search, and vector databases is crucial. Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and Agile methodologies are also necessary. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required, with a Master's degree being preferred. A BE, BTech, or MCA degree is also a prerequisite.
