The GDS Tax Technology team is seeking a Senior Full Stack .Net Developer to develop and integrate innovative technology solutions, enhancing client service and engagement team efficiency.

This senior role within the Solution Delivery pillar focuses on the development and testing of solutions supporting the GDS Tax Practice. It's an exceptional opportunity to be a pioneer within a leading firm and drive the growth of a new service offering.

Take ownership of the technical design and development of solutions as guided by Solution Development pioneers. Estimate technical efforts, define work breakdown structures, identify risks, and propose solutions at a solution level.

Monitor adherence to methodologies, tools, and KPIs, managing stakeholders effectively. Maintain clear and consistent communication across teams and with peers.

Provide input on application development methodologies, standards, and best practices. Proactively identify potential problems, analyze causes, and collaborate with teams to implement the most appropriate solutions. Articulate both problems and proposed solutions clearly.

Demonstrate expertise in Full Stack Development using .NET Framework/.NET Core/.NET 8+, ASP.NET MVC, REST APIs, Design Patterns, TypeScript, Angular/Vue, Entity Framework, and ADO.NET. Possess strong SQL Server experience, including queries, stored procedures, database design, and performance tuning.

Showcase hands-on experience with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Microservices architecture. Mandatory Azure Cloud expertise is required, including App Services, Functions, Storage, Service Bus, Azure SQL, Monitoring, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Search.

Experience building Generative AI solutions using LLMs, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen/Agentic Frameworks, Azure OpenAI, Prompt Engineering, and AI Agents is essential. A strong understanding of RAG, Semantic Search, Vector Search, Hybrid Search, Embeddings, Vector Databases (pgvector/Postgress DB/Cosmos DB), and AI application security is crucial.

Familiarity with Python, Docker, Kubernetes, Agile methodologies, and event-driven architectures is beneficial. Possess strong technical skills in designing, developing, and implementing applications through logical lifecycles. Excellent communication skills and awareness of emerging technologies are expected. You will work with limited direction and provide supervision to team members.
