As a Senior Developer, you will oversee the technical design and development of solutions, estimate technical efforts, and identify risks. You'll monitor adherence to development methodologies and KPIs, managing stakeholders effectively and ensuring clear communication across teams. Your role includes providing input on best practices in application development and engineering. You'll proactively identify potential problems, analyze causes, and collaborate with the team to implement the most effective solutions, clearly articulating both challenges and proposed resolutions.

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Web Developer with expertise in .NET and .NET Core. Essential technical skills include MVC, Single Page Applications, Design Patterns, TypeScript (Angular or Vue), Web API, and Entity Framework/ADO.NET. Proficiency in SQL commands, stored procedures, and database performance tuning is required. Experience with development methodologies like Agile and version control systems such as Git/TFVC is necessary. Exposure to CI/CD, microservices, and the Azure cloud platform is advantageous.

To qualify, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience. A Master's degree is preferred. We require 4-8 years of relevant professional experience, with management experience being a plus. A strong understanding of Tax or Finance domains, coupled with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, is highly desirable. Adaptability in working style with both internal and client teams is also key.
